Regular Returns

Products that are neither damaged nor defective can be returned for any reason within 14 days after delivery. Please note that returned products will incur a 40% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, including the original box or casing (if applicable), packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Please be aware that SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping expenses. In cases where orders included "free shipping," a 20% shipping recovery fee will apply to returns. You have the option to purchase an item of equal or greater value to avoid the shipping recovery fee. Please contact our customer service department to explore this option. All returns will undergo inspection, and SwampCoolers.com reserves the right to adjust the refund based on the condition of the returned product.

Damaged Shipments

While we take precautions to ensure safe deliveries, products may occasionally be damaged during shipment. We fully insure all shipments, and in the event of delivery damage, we will promptly replace the product or provide a refund for the merchandise's total amount. To address shipping damage:

  1. Inspect the delivery for shipping damage immediately upon receipt.
  2. Note any damages at the time of delivery to the driver.
  3. CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY to report any damage. (Excluding holidays and weekends)

Failure to contact us within the 48-hour timeframe will require you to file a claim directly with the shipping company. It is essential to carefully inspect for external damage, as some damage may not be immediately visible. If the damage is apparent, refuse the delivery, document the damage on the shipment Bill of Lading, and notify us promptly. Once contacted within 48 hours, our shipping company will arrange to pick up the damaged product. Please ensure that the product is prepared for pick-up, including its original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories, to avoid delays or possible cancellation. Please note that our shipping company will attempt pick-up only once, and any subsequent pick-up attempts may incur customer expenses. Upon receipt of the damaged unit at our warehouse, we will promptly ship a replacement product to you.
